General conditions of the Ouidb service for corporate database management. By accessing or using our SaaS platform, you agree to the terms described herein.
Ouidb provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for the administration, analysis, and security of relational databases in enterprise environments. Access is subject to a valid licensing plan and compliance with the conditions set forth in this document.
The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials, properly configuring encryption protocols, and immediately notifying any unauthorized use. Ouidb is not liable for damages arising from the misuse of credentials or the client's infrastructure.
Ouidb shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or business interruption, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. The total accumulated liability shall in no case exceed the value of fees paid by the client during the six months prior to the claim.
All software, documentation, interfaces, and platform content are the exclusive property of Ouidb or its licensors. The client acquires no ownership rights to the software, only a license for use limited to the contracted period.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' prior notice. Ouidb reserves the right to immediately suspend access in the event of a material breach of these terms, such as security violations or fraudulent use of the platform.
